Staff at front desk pleasant. Nurse, Yok, assigned to me for infusion procedure was VERY kind and informative and made every effort for my comfort. I observed the other staff in that area to be likewise to their patients. Lab technician several weeks ago also kind.Dr A looks at you when communicating with determination that you understand what he is explaining and in a most kind way allowing you to feel he understands your anxiety. Conveyed absolute expertise, walking through test results and diagnosis while taking the time to have a conversation. Easy to talk to and unhurried. I’ve been to Dr A twice and would recommend to anyone.
He saw me about 2 years ago and when I was admitted again he was the one who saw the lump on the xray while checking for a pulmonary embolism. He order a biopsy which which showed stage 4 ovarian cancer. He remembered me from 2 years earlier. And since he has been treating my cancer it has dropped drastically down to 160 after 3 treatments. The goal is 35. He takes the time to explain every step as we proceed through the process. He has a friendly manner and his staff is wonderful. I would give a 5 star rating!
