Both father and son doctor are very nice and honest although had very bad experience with their reception and nurse staff who is taking care of insurance. I was pre-approved for my crown and received bill after 8 months. I called them and asked and they mentioned I am maxed out on my insurance. They even didn’t look at my insurance. They are not transparent as well; they provided me Zirconia crown; if they told me earlier I will be maxed out using zirconia crown; I would go for the cheaper option. Dr. Isola and staff are always so pleasant and make visits quick and easy. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and showed compassion for the anxiety I was feeling. They even helped me out with insurance issues which was totally appreciated.
