A truly transcendent experience! I wish I would have found Dr. Lai a year ago; she came highly recommended from my Cedars Sinai Pain Management physician, Dr. Arash Lavian. My back pain is now chronic but with Dr. Lai & her team's help, I truly believe I am on a path to recovery! Caring, considerate & extremely well-educated in her field.
Dr. Lai and her team are absolutely exceptional. Dr. Lai approaches patients not from a deficit lens but a strengths-based perspective, which I find is so rare. She values my unique strengths and seeks to cultivate them in my healing journey. She is understanding, kind, patient, and truly listens. She has such a healing and warm presence, and I feel so lucky to be one of her patients.
Dr. Lai Help me with some tendinitis/arthritis on both of my inner knees. She did this through a combination of needling, acupuncture, and cupping. I’ve never felt better. Her and her team have a great bedside manner, and I would highly recommend them. She kept me enjoying my sports of surfing, hiking, golfing and working out.
