Infinity Wellness is incredible!
I have been a patient of Dr. Isabella Lai for almost two years. (My orthopedist suggested that I try acupuncture with Dr. Lai.) She and her staff have been a godsend in reducing acute back and foot pain. Occasionally, I have also needed care during sudden flair-ups and she has accommodated me with urgent appointments. This was a very disappointing experience. I went with high hopes due to all the self advertisement and claims on their website and because they work with insurance. The trigger point therapy was ineffective, it was more going through the motions than a deep dive into what I needed. The doctor seemed rushed each time I was there. They didn't really address the root cause of my problem. They hand you off to different people for different things, and communication failed multiple times. This is a long overdue review. I have been seen Dr Lai and her team on and off in 2025. The overall experience has been impressive and amazing. Dr Lai's truly integrated approach (east and western) makes you feel peaceful, mindful and healthy. All other acupuncturists and assistants are caring, patient and nice. I highly recommend Infinity Wellness Institute.
Kept me waiting too long on first visit and never saw Dr Isabelle Lai on second visit! They did not communicate with me on second visit to see how I was doing. I am not returning! I had a very disappointing experience!
