I saw Dr. Valencia she hardly made eye contact with me, I went in to have a rash checked out and she said could be eczema and follow up in 3 months I told her I had it for awhile and it was getting worse. I will NEVER go back to this office again! I went back to my PCP and saw a new PA and quickly diagnosed it as shingles which is healing nicely finally some relief sad that a dermatologist couldn’t diagnose it!
I have 3 different doctors about a couple of hard blisters on my elbows. I was given a cream on 2 occasions & Dr. Valencia took samples to find out what it was. When I came back, she told me what caused the blisters & treated it one time. They disappeared within a week. She took the time to talk to me, cared & soothed me by giving me the right treatment & answers. I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor to anyone. She sincerely cares.
