Left a patient with parkinson in the office for over an hour. Not the first time. Why are patients billed if they are 15 mins late but you can’t bill the doctor for being an hour late especially when you take time off from work.
His bedside manners are great. Never makes me feel rushed. Explains everything to you perfectly. My honest opinion is Dr Neequaye is awesome. I won’t see anywhere else in the office. I’d go to Frederick to see him . If I couldn’t wait for him to come back on Fridays to Martinsburg office.

Had to wait for almost an hour for Dr. Neequaye to see me, even with a scheduled appointment. The assistant could have told me that he was running behind, but didn’t. Poor patient care & concern. Then he accidentally cut my toe while clipping my toenails. Had to walk in a bedroom slipper for a week and go to a primary Dr. after it became very sore. It was for review of new orthotic recommendations from Dr Neequaye. He was very professional and concerned with my satisfaction and comfort. I highly recommend his service s and opinions.
