Dr. Gorbaty is a respected and knowledgeable physician, but unfortunately, his clinic is being severely undermined by the front desk staff. The women handling appointments and customer service are shockingly rude, unprofessional, and seem completely uninterested in helping patients. Dr. Gorbaty has been my physician for over ten years, and I am deeply grateful for his exceptional care. From my initial visit, I knew He was Different. His thoroughness and attentive manner are EXCEPTIONAL. I have been managing rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain, and Dr. Gorbaty’s attention to detail and willingness to listen have been invaluable. The reason for my bad review is not Dr. Gorbaty and I will leave a good review for him as he has been helpful to me. But how many complaints have to be made here about this unprofessional staff before something is done. They are part of the medical field dealing with patients but act like they're working at a 7-11. Disgraceful.
If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. They completely mislead patients about what’s covered by insurance, only to hit you with unexpected bills afterward. The front desk reception has no idea what customer service is and speak to you like they hate their lives. They have out dated tools and practices as well. Overall terrible experience
