My first experience meeting with Dr Castro she only addressed one of my health issues which was I had went to the hospital a couple of days prior due to having an upper respiratory infection and shortness of breath I explained to her I was still having difficulty breathing and she asked if I had anxiety. I said yes, she asked what medication I'm on for it, I replied none she found that very surprising. She quoted with her hands that due to my anxiety I just think I'm not breathing well, rudeaf

I had a very great visit with Dr. Castro. Their very responsive and respectful. The assistant ,was very kind too. I'm very thankful for their services.

Came in to see if I had an infection. Instead...this "Dr." decides to bring up my cholesterol instead. Asking if my family has a history or high cholesterol (answer: no). Her response, 'oh....well I guess it's just you with the bad diet.' And during our procedure, she was flipping on her phone. HELLO!!!?!! Is this a real professional!?! She's the most rudest and horrible Dr. I have ever had in my entire life. Don't waste your time with her.

This is the WORST Dr I've ever had in my life! She always has an associate Dr's see patients (all though theyre MUCH better/nicer/knowledgeable) because she is so greedy she takes too many patients! She's SO rude! It took several months just to get my prescription I should have every-month because she inaccurately writes prescriptions constantly! She doesn't listen to anything you say or care! She couldn't do one thing right...all she cares about us billing your insurance!!

I wasn't even acknowledged by staff when I checked in.Dr. Castro was very rude, didn't allow me to explain my issues fully & when I did say anything she would give me this look & scoff & roll her eyes as if I was dumb for asking! She made a comment about needing to find a new job. (Um yeah I agree) I have never been treated so poorly ever & left the office completely frustrated.1st & last time I definitely won't be going back! I can go on & on but I'm only limited to 500 characters. Beware! Run!

worst experience I have ever had ! Arrived 6:30 AM as the insurance told me to waisted 5 hours , and after dealing with the rude staff I sat back in the patient waiting room for two hours! Dr castro was rude,dismissive and only spent 5 minwith me.she did not address any of the issues I needed to address concerning it was my first visit with her. I left with none of my regular medications no check up, and a weird prescription for schizophrenia meds I left crying , frustrated, finding new dr!!!!

I have never had somebody be so rude to me and so inconsiderate. She's in and out and makes sure you know that she doesn't care. If you ask a questions she will get really annoyed and flustered. I put up with this for a long time. Everytime I went I was in tears afterwards. This recent visit was the last straw. After the visit i sat in my car crying and called medical to switch doctors. I told the doctor that I have never been treated like this in my old city and she said you better go back then

The worst doctor i've ever seen she rushed me out of my appointment after she lectured me about my pregnancy she is rude and very judgemental
