Dr Gendler has always been very compassionate and involved with me and my families health. I am glad she is my Dr.
Premier needs hire more providers as Dr. Gendler and the Dorset Medical building location is for the most part ADA friendly. IMO: The Premier owned/rented Stanfield Medical Building is not ADA friendly. I therefore after being on site have either cancelled appointments, avoiding that location and it's providers/services.
I am as happy with Dr. Gendler as I've ever been with a primary care physician, and I plan to stay with this provider. I also understand that I'm retired so I have ample time. But, I really don't enjoy wasting time. I had a 9:30 appointment. I arrived about 9:20. I was back in the room by about 9:35. I waited over an hour for the doctor. She was in the room with me for probably 10 minutes tops. Then I waited another 15 minutes to be released. Dr gendler is a wonderful professional caring physician
Dr Gendler is the best doctor my family has ever had. She listens to her patients and takes time to explain everything. All my family and some of my friends go to her and everyone agrees that all doctors should be like her.
