When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist said that I had called that morning to cancel my appointment and I didn't call. They were able to fit me in but I was not happy about it.
My physician always welcome to see me when i need attention, but somehow the nurse and assistances push away my meeting schedule.
Only complaint is having to wait 45 minutes.
Dr Gendler is the very best, and in high demand, therefore it can be somewhat difficult to schedule an appointment with her. The fact that my ability to come to the office at certain times of the day is limited is not her fault. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Dr Gendler does a fantastic job!
Dr Gendler is great! The only suggestion I would have is that it would be appreciated if my appt could have been done on time.
I have found out to schedule online after midnight or first thing in the morning helps to get you in to be seen. I have been with my provider for over 15 years and know that she is busy and takes her time to help you.
