Unprofessional upon visit. Recommended services not required by other professionals in order to profit from my honesty.
While very kind, Dr. Deresh did not wear any gloves or mask while performing my cleaning. I had to request her to put on her mask and get reaction was, "oh, I've been vaccinated." I've never been to a dentist who does not wear a mask, pre or post covid. The cleaning was extremely quick and rough.
Waited a good bit of time to write this review to determine what information is most pertinent to a potential new client/patient. In terms of the treatment, I won’t get too into depth other than I went weekly for adjustments for 3 straight months without any improvement in pain or comfort. But everyone is different. What I really want to call attention to is the professionalism of Irina Deresh and her associates and overall customer experience.
