This facility never open on time they dont answer their phone whenever I call. Never on time when my appointment starts. My appointment was set for 8am today, but they didn't open the doors until 8:10am This facility seems to be understaffed and more focused on charging people insurance rather than having an holistic approach. They seem to have issues with sending out paperwork to the appropriate people. I always have to check behind them and/ or request copies of my prescriptions. Staff is very unprofessional and has no regard for your time. I always arrive 15 to 30 minutes before my appointments. It's has been as long as an hour and 15 minutes before being called. They are never on schedule.
Dr. Bailey has been my physician for many years now . I am a nurse practitioner and find her to be excellent in successful treatments of problems I have had, as well as her being personable , kind and always appropriately concerned when warranted . I highly recommend her !
