Office wait can be very long. Excellent Doctor. Says it like it is...No BS...BUT !!! Dealing with their organization is incredible difficult. Said they would send a script for blood work, never happened. Said they would send me a copy of my medical records, never happened. I've called many times with no results. Doctors are good, organization is terrible. Be careful what number you call. They now use ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. Getting a return call rarely happens.

Dr. Ira Raff is terrible. No patience with us. Very rude. Wasn’t able to help us at all. We got a referral to come here and he’s almost yelling at us saying that we don’t have the records that he needs. No one told us to bring records, as we assumed that they would be sent over since we were referred. Instead of trying to help, he decided to argue with us over and over telling us that we don’t make sense when we’re trying to explain to him what’s going on. What a disaster of an office, total chaos. Had me waiting over an hour in a crowded and cramped waiting room, rude staff. Every patient had been waiting over an hour. They had a patient do their paperwork twice. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, and disappointing experience. Will not return.
