Nurse and staff are terrible. Do not call back and are extremely rude. Make decisions with out consulting the Dr, and don't care for the patient. Can not stress how rude the staff, especially the nurse is. Will say anything to get you off the phone. Its not ethical or legal. Surprised they have yet to be sued
Extremely rude & condescending doctor. Only nice staff is the nurse. Expect to wait at least an hour into your appt time, typically 2 hours here. Doesnt collaborate with other physicians for patient care. When other doctors are mentioned he'll respond "i didnt know they specialized i pain management, oh wait they dont." Doesnt treat pain as patient would like for pain, always pushing for expensive means. Definitely dont recommend find a better doctor if possible
I've been to many of doctors in my past 20 + years and Dr. Goodman and staff are the rudest. His wife (front desk) couldn't tell me enough times, that HE was her husband. that he has great reviews. I personally always go in with my eyes and ears open and voice my own opinion. He asks questions,and you are to only answer what he asks. He didn't want to see any of my films or papers I had. He never looked at me or what I was in for. Will I return???? I doubt it, would I recommend HELL NO.
Dr. Goodman is a gem. He is extremely intelligent and knows what he is talking about. His office manager Tammy Tim, however, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She makes you feel like a drug addict, is obnoxious, screams at her employees and patients, and is overall a very unpleasant person. Dr.Goodman is extremly rude. He orders numerous pain blocks-charging insurance over 8000.00per block-if you cancel a nerve-block then he becomes so upset that he will not give you a script for meds. Another words,you can not REFUSE the constant expensive nerve blocks-medicine management will be refused. His personality is arrogant and rude. I have had him scream at me when I asked him a simple question about when the nerve block he had given me starts working and why I had to have so many in a row. Dr. Goodman is a jerk. He treated my boyfriend for nerve pain resulting from a neck surgery. He was difficult to communicate with, unprofessional, ordered thousands of dollars in unnecessary drug screens, accused patient of not taking prescribed meds and selling them, and left patient in the lurch after a year of treatment with narcotics without providing a referral to another pain management doctor.
