Office manager sucks, her scheduling skills suck, her communication skills suck, Dr. should fire her, oh wait it's his wife!
Dr. Goodman has been my father's doctor for about three years now. He has done nothing for my dad except for giving him whatever narcotics that he has requested. My dad was diagnosed with MS seven years ago and has been seeing him for pain management, instead of helping him to get to a point to physical therapy or other treatments- he has forced a serious opiate addiction on him. I was fortunate enough to have found Dr. Goodman nearly 11 years ago. I happen to be one of those patients with a myriad of issues not easily treated by a general physician. Dr. Goodman was able to give me some quality of life back and I would go as far to say that he in fact saved my life! I've read those who commented that he didn't care, was only in it to perform expensive procedures and one comment that said he screamed at them. You wait forever and he only cares about his agenda - pitiful
Dr. Goodman has been my doctor for 5 years now. He has controlled my pain and tried a lot of non-invasive therapies. I'm sure he could help a lot more if work comp approved hus recommendations. He has been a wonderful doctor and very easy to talk to. When I've had problems he was always quick to help me and he's very sympathetic to my pain. The staff is helpful and so polite to me they are like a family. They schedule appointments to best serve my time and busy life with kids. This is a wonderful doctor to go to. Dr. Goodman is a bright, talented doctor and is very good at what he does. He is kind and polite. His office manager Tammy, who returned my call directed to "a nurse" is one of the meanest, most sarcastic, condescending people I have ever spoken with. When I asked if she could have Dr. Goodman return my call, she said "no I will not". She also said she would have one of the doctors approve my request for a prescription and never did. Never ever on time. Runs a minimum of 1 hour behind. He is even late for procedures. I waited over 3 hours at Med Center with IV in my arm. Cancels appointments at the last minute.
I just got a call from the office of dr. goodman. I had y daughter drop off my script cuz it was not ready till the 21st. well i got a call saying it was tampered with. saying there was a different date on it and he was dropping me. wtf! I never touched this script! I had it dropped off to be held. They tried telling me that people dont drop it off for the pharmacie to hold. are they nuts! Wow, I'm kinda shocked to see such negative ratings for Dr G. I've been his patient for about 10 yrs & been grateful to have found him. He specializes in "hard to treat" cases & isn't afraid to try different, outside-of-the-box treatments & medications if you have taken the necessary steps & have supporting documentation (MRIs, CTs, tried injections/blocks/PT etc).
