My wife has long running wounds and infections on legs we were not able to find root cause and resolution post various visits to Derm and general physician even Penn Hospital could not fix it Dr Gurland changed the treatment and bandages - within 3 months my wife got cured Doc spends enough time with patient happy with overall outcome - Thanks Doc
Dr. Gurland is the first doctor I have ever had that really cares and actually gives a damn about your problems. He has no problem sitting and talking with you until you understand everything he is doing for you. If you have questions he will sit and talk with you even if your appointment goes longer than the normal time for an office visit. I do not mind sitting in the waiting room if he is running behind schedule since I know he is helping another patient with there problems.
I went for an annual checkup. Dr. Gurland spent over an hour listening, explaining and discussing each issue. There was never a sense that I was taking up his time. The appointment ended only when both of us were satisfied that everything had been addressed and a course of action was in place for each issue.
I was very impressed with both the office and the doctor. I found Dr. Gurland to be very professional. He listened to everything we had to say, evaluated the test results and explained clearly the care that was needed. He spent ample time with us and we never felt rushed. We were able to get an appointment quickly and the staff was very helpful both on the phone and in person. I would highly recommend Dr. Gurland and the ID Care group.

Dr. Gurland treated my wife this past week during her stay in the hospital. He is the most genuinely patient and nice doctor I have ever met. When we first met, he sat down and listened patiently while I explained my wife's condition and history without interrupting me, aside from asking relevant questions. He did a thorough examination of my wife's physical condition, and thoroughly answered the questions that I and my daughter had. We all felt very lucky to meet Dr. Gurland during our stay.
