I brought my mother in for a dental consult last year, where she had a panoramic X-ray taken, but her treatment plan was never initiated. I have left multiple messages since then and have yet to hear back from anyone. It is incredibly disappointing to put your trust in a practice only to be completely let down by their lack of communication.
Dr Merkouriou was chosen to give a 3rd opinion on my teeth and I am happy to say I had no cavities and no gum disease after being told by my first hygienist that I needed deep cleaning and by the second dentist that I had no gum problems but had numerous cavities. I lost count when he rattled off to his assistant cavity cavity cavity! I haven’t had any cavity in years! Sure I have had old fillings replaced but that is it.
