Both Dr. Rivera and his ARNP Gina have been excellent in providing care. The office, however, is another story. We expect to spend at least 2 hrs. there for every appointment. Scheduling is a nightmare. For an appointment made in July for this week, we were notified the day before we had to reschedule due to computer issues. After rescheduling and receiving a generic confirmation message, received a call morning of appointment that Dr was out of town and could we reschedule. Unacceptable!!

If agree with the other post about the co-ordinator. That IS an issue that needs fixing. Dr. Rivere is kind, compassionate and caring. He recently performed a partial nephrectomy to remove my cancerous renal mass and I couldn't be more pleased. He explained what to expect and spent a lot of time answering my questions. The follow up was exceptional. I saw his PA - Gina for a couple of follow ups and she is AWESOME. Fyi, it was MY decision to see Gina since I was doing so well.

His cordinator never answer the phone and it says in the recording that will return calls same day, if call before 3:00 pm, but you need to call several days to get a call back and make the appointment. It is very sad cause he is a good doctor, but his coordinator is not doing a good job. When one call the doctor is because an urgency and just with the appt waiting time is enough. Hope Dr Rivera address and resolve this situation for a better care of his patients.
