Really pitiful and not at all patient-centered. I had two appointments canceled because they were treating “active cancer” patients. After a week of prep for a biopsy, they cancelled the day of the appointment because “I didn’t have a driver.” This was to be at least my fourth biopsy and I have NEVER had a driver, nor was I told verbally that I needed one - and in the two pages of prep for the biopsy, there is no mention of needing a driver. An excellent clinician. But always late. Can never get his staff on the phone - 99% of calls go to Voicemail.
Constantly seeing Dr Rivera for nearly 5 years - following bladder cancer surgery - Doctor Rivera (and his staff) have been "life-savers" to me - always professional and kind - I trust them with my life.

Waited for 2 hours never call me when I went to the from desk to ask what my status was they said that the computer log me out. all this after I sing in and paid then $ 50 copaid. never going back.

Dr Rivera is low-key, and he treats me like part of his family - He clearly saved my life with his expertise in removing cancer from my bladder (3 years ago) and continuous follow-up treatment. One doctor said that my case was "above his paid grade" but Dr Rivera was successful and I am still alive and well. Thank you

Dr. Rivera saw my husband, who was in a bad place ( aggressive cancer of the bladder). None of the other physicians would perform the necessary surgery. He saw us on very short notice: when he entered the room, he had already viewed the file & the online notes. He explained what needed to be done clearly. Our family physician of 11 years, reading the surgical report later, told us no one else could have done the intricate surgery. Recovery was perfect. I would go to him again.
