The worst front desk I’ve ever been to in any doctors office these girls are more worried about social media than they’re jobs !!! Call them two weeks prior they said the doctor accepted my insurance only to arrive an them say oh we don’t accept this insurance smh I’ve tried to call many of the timesbefore ghis to solidify my appointment , they foward your call to VM idk what type of S!@T show are they running but I would highly NOT recommend this office
Dr. Jamil is an excellent Doctor. I have no complaints about him. Unfortunately, he's no longer with Carepointhealth.
Dr. Jamil is a fantastic doctor who listens, cares, and is proactive. His staff, on the other hand have caused me grief every visit, whether virtual, over the phone, or in person. Their lack of communication with the doctor caused a lapse in treatment on two separate occasions, both resulting in my pharmacy not receiving prescription refills on time.
He is a great psychiatrist. He resolved some of my problems and really tried to help me out. He listened to all of my problems and did not rush me. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
