I have left numerous messages asking for Dr Kahn to return my calls about my son who has been in Shasta Regional Medical Center for over 2 weeks and I have never received a call back. Although my son has made some improvement in this time, I am left wondering what his prognosis is and what treatment he is currently receiving. I don’t think any mother would want to be in this position!!
Dr. Imran Kahn, a psychiatrist who worked at Shasta County Community Health, for many years, is an outstanding doctor (he worked alongside Dr. Lynne Pappas many years ago before Dr. Pappas moved out of the area) but some patients (including my brother and I) had mixed emotions about Dr. Imran... My parents swapped psychiatrists and went with Dr. Pappas she knew our history and personally knew my parents, brother, and I. Since I had to move out of the area. They are great doctors.
