Made a schedule in the evening for a new patient visit. Got there for them to tell me the time they themselves scheduled me for is too late for a new patient appointment. I had to tell the receptionist 10 times I didn’t want to reschedule.
Very Busy Office but when it came time for my visit it slowed down in examination room. I was talked to and listened to. I feel that Dr Sia and staff will care for me with my best interests in mind. I am not from the area and need a Primary Physician away from my home and I feel I have made an excellent choice.
She is a very good doctor and very compassionate. She will go out of her way to help patients taken cared of. She takes her time to see the patient and makes sure she answers all the questions that we have. I always recommend her to my friends and family. We love Dr Sia.
She explained my medications really good. Very nice doctor.
Dr Sia is a caring doctor that spends a lot of time with her patients. Not many doctors do that anymore. She is kind and knowledgeable. I recommend her often.
Dr. Sia is a personable, compassionate and caring doctor I've ever had. She follows-up on us when we have to go to specialist. Due to many patients believing in her, she and her staff works beyond working hours to accomodate everyone including walk-ins. Time is of the essence thus waiting time should be given attention for consideration/satisfaction of everyone.
Being one familys;we thankfull having primary professional Doctor like Doctor Imelda Sia! who mostly helpful;concern and. happy to get along with patients.and give alert attention to each one of us.and to others! and hope and.pray that this person like Doctor Imelda Sia.can give more help to others specially to those need health care.thanks...Doctor Imelda Sia.may god and protect you always.Galang Family!!!
Very pleasant indeed! Dr. Sia is a great doctor who listens to the patient and takes care of him/her with great attention...
I walked in and there was only one other person in the waiting room so I assumed this would go quickly....wrong! I waited 2 hrs and 24 mins to see this doctor and when she came into the room she asked me how long have I had shoulder pain and after I answered, her very next words were "Im going to send you to an Ortho" *blank stare* No exam from her, no smile...nothing! My time and money was wasted on this doctor! In 2 hours and 24 minutes someone could've said Dr Sia won't treat shoulder pain!
