This was my first visit and I got cleaning done and X-rays taken. The staff was warm and welcoming. The facility was clean. The doctor was patient in discussing the treatment and encouraged me to ask questions. She showed me a picture of the teeth she would work on and explained exactly what she would be doing. The hygienist was thorough and professional. A very good first experience.
Dr. Ahmad and her staff make a patient feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Ahmad herself wants to understand your medical and dental history in order to best serve you. She has a gentle touch and is thorough, kind and professional.
I was very pleased with the quality of service provided during my treatment. Dr. Ahmad was very responsive to my concerns and offered a course of treatment that was easily understood by me. I really appreciate the fact that they accomodated my last-minute appointment request! I will recommend this practice to my colleagues.
I had a great cleaning today, Minh has a gentle soft touch, easy listening rock music in the background and the appointment was completely covered by my insurance... it's don't get any better than that...
