Very helpful staff and service, excellent doctors office!
The front office staff is so unhelpful and don't care about their patients , mostly elderly people at all. Not sure why they chose to work at a medical office if they have zero sympathy to their patients, let alon elderly ones. At least it should be some respect to age. Outrageous indifference. Sorry that such a nice doctor Rachman has this unprofessional staff. I do not recommend.
Dr. Rachman is a good doctor, but his office staff are the worst rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, staffs who know how to repel patients!!!
Zero star review here. Stay as far away as possible. This is the least professional Dr and staff I have ever encountered. The ladies working there are extremely rude. Dr Rachman shows the least amount of care and compassion to your medical condition. Be prepared for your Dr appointment to run anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes with zero help addressing you concerns. Today’s experience topped it all.
