just now The dentist is nice, but they are not very professional there. When the woman answers the phone you can hardly understand her because she says the name so quickly. On top of that she does not have a smile or nice tone in her voice you would expect for a receptionist. She also does not call to confirm appointments, and she does not call or send mail reminders about getting in for your 6 month appt. Sometimes she will ask to call you back and never does. Feels like they do not care for u.
Hands-down the best dentist I have ever been to. I trust him completely. He explains everything in full detail, answers all my questions, and puts me at total ease. Completely pain-free as well. Also, might be one of the nicest guys I've ever met! If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy and caring dentist, look no further!
