the staff is RUDE!!!! they are impatient, annoyed when they have to answer the phone. I called two times today and spoke to 2 VERY RUDE ladies. You need a new job because dealing with clients is not it for any of you. yall all should be fired.
It's been more than three weeks since I went to Dr. Sendan's office the first time the Dr. attended me and the second time was the NP and since then I've been waiting in the CVS for the Albuterol prescription. This has really been incongruous in the Quest tb prescription in my pharmacy and I went to the Dr for being a Medical Assistance provider and what I found was lack of professionalism and lack of respect because they were not going to receive me anymore and hanging up the phone when I am a patient that went looking for ... read more
couldn’t even schedule an appointment. was on a 30 minute hold. once i was finally attended to i was rushed to schedule an appointment and was asking for dates and was hung up on. super rude lady that answered the phone. wouldn’t suggest coming here because if you’re spending 30 mins on hold i can’t imagine how long you’ll be in the waiting .
