Bimonthly telephones with Dr Helmy is providing me with effective (and easy to do) follow-up especially to review lab work (and other data) and adjust medication.
Over 25 years ago, I went to see Dr. Helmy for irregular heart palpitations. I underwent 2 ablations and solved the crazy episodes that would occur at any time, even while sleeping that lasted for hours. One of my worst experience lasted 4 hours during one of my pregnancies and once during labor. Today, I get an episode for 15 seconds which I get when under stress. I quickly use deep breathing & it's over. I'm grateful to Dr. Helmy who changed my life!
