Always overbooked, min. 30..45..1hr wait past appointed time. ChatGPT does most of his work. Wants an email fee of $30 per year, but not very helpful in explaining lab results. Disappointed every visit, switched to better doctor.

Dr. Ian Pun cares patients. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He acted very fast when he heard my systems (the lab test results was cancer stage 1). In order for me to be further checked and treated as soon as possible, he contacted the specialist doctors several times and asked her to help me to get the earliest possible date of the surgery.
