Dr. Kowalski is a very caring and empathetic physician. I really appreciate his expertise. He is most kind.
WARNING: If you are ever a patient in Broward Health, and a pain management doctor comes in, make sure they are not affiliated with Dr. Ian Kowalski's office. They will advice you on what to do then not follow through. I was in Broward Health for a week and the pain management doctors said I should take a pain pill 30 minutes prior to any physical therapy appointment. Well, upon discharge (Broward Health has some many issues with proper discharge orders) I was not given pain meds (although per above I was told to take them).... read more
