Dr. Cowan has to be one of the best doctors I have ever met. And I have seen a lot of Doctors due to my medical condition. Moving to North bay without a family doctor for over a year was hard , but one day I was referred to see him from Emerg. I’m always worried when I’m paired with a new doctor but no one has ever made me feel as relaxing as him. He is kind, patient, soft spoken, and very knowledgeable. I’m happy I met with him and he changed my life for good.
