I loved this place, friendly staff, great service, funny etc...until my last visit. I completely understand that mistakes happen but how you handle those mistakes says a lot about a place and I couldn't be any more disappointed how things were handled. I was given the wrong prescription for my glasses and had new ones made (from another place), 3 pairs I might add so that was a good chunk of money. Dr.Brown is an excellent optometrist with a caring disposition. He has very modern equipment and a wide variety of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!
