I totally agree with ivr about prescription renewal. TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I ha ve been waiting over 10 days. They don’t return calls and clearly just don’t care.
Absolutely worst customer service from staff. When call to renew prescription I was told it was renewed week ago. No prescription at pharmacy. Call again and was told prescription will be faxed immediately. Call 3 hours later was told it was sent at 12:45. Call later at 3:30 and was told this time that prescription was never sent and all I was told before is not true. Still waiting as they don't when they are going to send renewal. What a service.
