Dr Merrill is super. He goes above and beyond to listen, to care, to suggest new strategies to handle my sleep problems. This past visit was remarkable and made a huge difference to my day to day management of my challenges. I can't thank him enough for all the focused listening and support, feedback and advice he offered.
I am trying to help my 84 year old Father with sleep apnea. He's not getting answers from them, I have lost track of how many times I've called them. Dropped calls, busy signals even? Today I spoke with the Director of the Edmonds facility and explained why I actually went there IN PERSON because I haven't gotten any answers via phone. She said she'd look into my Father's file and call me back in an hour. Never got a call back. I will be looking for a new Doc for my Father and will be sure to file a complaint with the BBB.
