I booked an appointment at 9:30AM. When I arrive there on time there’s a lot of people in the waiting room. I waited for almost 50 minutes and they finally called me in and told me they can’t do the allergy test I requested. The waiting room is extremely cold and they post a notice saying no mobile phone is allowed in the waiting room although every one there waiting is using their phone. The staff and doctor are really friendly. The shots have been helping with my allergies.
