My family and I have been coming to this clinic for over 20 years, but unfortunately the quality of service has gone downhill. The front desk staff are no longer welcoming — instead, they’re often unfriendly and unhelpful when you ask simple questions. With the exception of Genesis (who has always been kind and helpful). Doctor Hung Nguyen - the worst doctor and doctor's office ever. I went there with my mom for her first appointment as a new patient. We arrived early for a 2:45pm appointment. Right when we walked in, the front desk woman gave us attitude and told us, in a defensive tone (in Vietnamese) that there were two doctors at the office and warned us not to assume others were being taken in before us. this is a very bad office. i have had my appointment cancelled by the vietnamese speaking lady there many times with the excuse "no doctor available". one time i got an automatic accepted appointment from the office also cancelled with the same excuse. but when i got there i got to see my doctor. and that was the last time i will see a doctor here. a bad place of business with a very bad person. and i have changed doctors office
I've been a patient for 5 years now. I've always been able to reach the staff and obtain an appt in reasonable time. I've had a variety of services done there. Staff has ALWAYS been amazing to me..
