I came to Dr. Hummayun Ismail as a new pulmonology patient, referred by my GI doctor to address ongoing lung issues. I have a complicated medical history, including a recent stem cell transplant for cancer, and I’ve spent years learning my own body and conditions in detail, including LPR (laryngopharyngeal reflux), which affects my breathing and swallowing. They held up my CPAP equipment for many weeks and they don't answer or return phone calls, even to my insurance company, very unresponsive. I definitely would not recommend this doctor because of his office's shortcomings. Go somewhere else for professional service!
The absolutely most horrible place the staff is unprofessional. Dr. Ishmael is horrible. He’s a nasty arrogance doctor. Came into the office. The staff is talking about cows and childhood and what they eat. That is unacceptable. You called to make an appointment. They told you false information I would not and I mean absolutely not recommend this doctors office to absolutely anyone
