Not only did the receptionist not take all my insurance information she didn't understand the words "I can be seen any time after 2 Monday through Friday" she kept saying "so you can only be seen momdays or Friday's?" Even though I explained to her more than once I can been seen anything that week. But she only checked Monday and Friday!
