Not only did the receptionist not take all my insurance information she didn't understand the words "I can be seen any time after 2 Monday through Friday" she kept saying "so you can only be seen momdays or Friday's?" Even though I explained to her more than once I can been seen anything that week. But she only checked Monday and Friday! Than she scheduled me for appointment even though the nurse would not be there and is only there till 1! They call me two hours before my appointment and cancel because the... read more
