I have had Dr. Yang as a treatment provider for a number of years. Recently I had an EGD procedure and received world class care by the staff at Dr. Yang's practice. Dr. Yang is the consummate professional and has a laser focus on patient care. My procedure was conducted flawlessly and after completion I received a detailed summary of the findings. I highly recommend Dr. Yang as a specialist.
Dr. Yang took the time to talk to me before the procedure to answer all my questions and get information from me about the issues I'd been having. The set-up at his office is very efficient and comfortable, The nurses and caregivers were thorough and kind. Had a bit of trouble getting an IV started, but Dr. Yang took care of it himself. My second colonoscopy in five years. Both procedures were a breeze although the prep for the first one was less invasive. I do understand the importance of proper clean out hence the addition of Miralax. Just don't like it. Staff and Dr. are very pleasant and knowledgeable professionals. Thank you for the TLC.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Dr Yang indirectly saved my life. I was diagnosed with a tumor in my esophagus and he directed me to The University of Washington where I had amazing surgery. I was not expected to live or even survive because my cancer was stage 4. Yet with his recommendation and care I survived and owe him a debt of gratitude
I appreciated the time Dr. Yang took to answer all of my questions and made sure that I got the care I needed. I had to get a colonscopy and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the facility was really clean and nice.
I experienced adequate care, but the staff was very rude to both myself and especially to my friend that I had come pick me up. One nurse in particular was very abrasive, I could hear her snapping at other staff members from the waiting room, and she treated my driver in a very condescending manner. No excuses for that. Just plain rude.
During my appointment, they went over all of my questions, and I left feeling much more informed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was impressed with their office equipment. Everything was current and met safety standards.
