My brother saw this dr.for ongoing back pain with electrical shocks in the same place in the Thoracic spine. Dr. Tung turfed him. I was there and asked him, Dr. Tung about the electrical shocks and he didn't know. He did not suggest any other treatment. I took the MRI to another neurosurgeon and he suggested a MRI with contrast and noted some collapsed discs. As a nurse for many years I was appalled by Dr. Tung's lack of treatment. he ell
