Dr. Howard Slemons has been my PCP for about 30 years. He is kind, considerate of your needs, a good listener and very smart. Many people in my community go to him and have a similar experience. His staff is very helpful and always follows through. Our community in Hubbard, Ohio is blessed to have Dr. Howard Slemons as our PCP.
