I was referred to Dr. Barrow by my doctor. The appointment your office gave me wasn't with him, but with another doctor. It was a disaster! I am just wondering why I got this young doctor and not Dr. Barrow. I think the appointment would have gone better with him.
After waiting 2 months for an appointment with Dr. Barrow (ENT), when I arrived this morning I was told that the doctor was "too busy" and that I would be seen by a PA. Normally, I would have gone ahead, but I've been dealing with this condition for nearly 2 years, and was misdiagnosed by another ENT in Miami. I need to be seen by a competent ENT doctor.
On 11-11-2021 I called this doctor's clinic until they answered the phone took over 25 minutes, then someone answered the phone and from the beginning of the conversation with her, she was very unpleasant and impatient, in the continuation of the conversation she showed insensitivity and unwillingness to listen and understand that I need a doctor very urgently because I was in very strong pain and my hearing was getting very weak. Terrible! He's a thief. Call me at 239-223-0349 and I'll tell you all about my experience with him and his dysfunctional Office Manager
I was Dr. Barrow's patient since October 2018. He is very through physician but his office staff in the Cape is so unprofessional that they make me want to find a different doctor. I wrote a letter to Dr. Barrow complaining about the two receptionists but haven't heard from the doctor on my unfortunate experience with his office staff. I will be looking for another ENT doctor ASAP.
Had a surgery with Dr Barrow in August. Have issues which I was told by my other Dr to go back to Dr Barrow. Good luck . I've called 4 times to be left on hold for over an hour and 20 min each time. I guess they don't answer there phones after 2pm. Ridiculous Dr Barrow is good but not worth the aggravation to schedule with him.
I had surgery for a deviated septum in January. I had no idea how difficult it was for to breathe! I am amazed at how easily I can breathe now completely through my nose, I sleep all night, and have a ton more energy! Recovery was not pleasant, but worth it. I had to contact the office on a Saturday, Dr Barrow called me back within 5 minutes!
I have been a patient of Dr Barrow's for about 20 years. He is always truly concerned about his patients.
12 yrs ago I saw another ENT Doctor who performed sinus polyps removal surgery , come to find out it was botched. Found Dr. Barrows who performed another surgery to opened, cleared, and cleaned up my sinus cavity. With having a lot worries and being really nervous, Dr. Barrows and his staff made me feel that everything would be alright. Checked up on my recovery and takes his time with his patients. I fully trust his staff who is caring, patient, thoughtful, and they no what they are doing...
