One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I had the balloon sinuplasty and nasal turbinate reduction done. I had excessive bleeding long after the surgery, saw zero improvement and today have worse sinus problems than ever. I recently had another ENT inform me that if it weren’t for the scar tissue, he would’ve never known I had sinus surgery.
I’ve been struggling with headaches and dizziness for the last 7 years, and no doctor in the Macon area could figure out the root of my issues. A ton of money spent, wasted time. I had made up my mind it would never get better. However, I wanted to try a doctor in the Atlanta area as a last resort. He gave me belief I could recover some hearing despite other specialists has said I would be deaf forever. At the end of the day I revived about 25% on some ear enough to get functionality with the use of an hearing aid. He his an extremely fantastic Dr who cares about his patient and extremely professional yet caring and Nuturing. I visited 4 other specialists before visiting him I think that in itself tells a story.
Best ENT I have ever been to. Very thorough and really listens to your concerns, while walking you through the treatment plan in detail. Seems to really care about his patients and making things easy; went out of his way to fax my prescription to my pharmacy even though it wasn’t in their online system. Had another ENT totally dismiss my issues, but Dr. Herman really looked in to everything and figured out what was going on. Appointment was right on time and check-in was easy too!
Dr. Herman is fantastic. He is thorough and you can really see how much he loves his patients. The experience was very pleasant and I will recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT.
