It has been pleasure working with Brice on all of our home warranty needs. He was very patient working with us on several scheduling changes on our end, always ensuring our needs were met. He kept us apprised of the work to be completed and was readily available in case we encountered issues. Brice and the D. R. Horton team have made this a wonderful experience in our new home.
I’ve been a homeowner at the Woodgrove community in Fuquay Varina for about one year now. At the one year mark, DR Horton sends a representative to conduct a one-year walk-through so that small items can be addressed (nail pops, settlement cracks etc). I had the awesome pleasure of working with Ky. She was extremely professional, punctual, and helpful in creating our punch list. Just had my 1-year warranty work done with DR Horton, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The team was professional, prompt, and took care of everything thoroughly. Huge shoutout to Bryce—he was fantastic to work with! Super knowledgeable, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Repairs went very smooth and great response time. Very happy with how everything turned out and appreciative of the care taken with my home. Brice was very responsive and attentive to the repairs, and made sure the repairs needed (mostly bowing floor and nail pops damaging walls) were thoroughly taken care of. He even went to great lengths to make sure my door handles were fixed as some kept coming loose.
