Ky and her crew were absolutely amazing. We love our home, and it is constructed beautifully, but the precision and attention to detail at our 1 year walkthrough was next level. Not only did Ky walk us through what to look for, but she also found a few items we never would have thought of. And the crew that came to do the work? Top notch. Clean, professional, and not the least bit disruptive. All in all, this is just another super positive experience with DR Horton.

My Experience with D.R. Horton I purchased a new home from D.R. Horton, and unfortunately I am extremely disappointed. None of the promises they made were kept, and the construction quality is far below what was expected. They used very cheap and low-quality materials throughout the house. The paint literally comes off when I touch the walls with my hand. We have been living in the home for only 3–4 months, and there are already multiple construction-related issues. This company hires very dishonest employees to represent them. I purchased a Home for them, a little over a year ago. When I went to see the model, I was very specific about the questions I asked. The property had a runoff in the back that was filled with overgrown weeds. I specifically asked if the area would be cleared by closing, and I was told yes.
