D.R. Horton has been terrible to work with. They can’t seem to keep their site managers to stick around for long, and nothing gets done. Not only did I have significant expensive issues with my home, they still have not completed the necessary and agreed upon warranty items (after they sent people to my house to inspect my requests) and are now not replying to my attempts to contact. I had a terrible experience with this company that all made sense once I saw them littering the neighborhood with ugly signs for their new development. There has been a housing shortage in this area for decades - decent houses sell themselves. When you see a company needing to use something as archaic and tacky as signs at intersections, it tells you everything you need to know about their build quality.
