We purchased a DR Horton home at the beginning of the year. Our representative, Shelli Bell, was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. The purchase was completely trouble-free. After-sales support is lacking, however. I've been trying to get a problem with the lot that was evident during construction fixed for months, but the lack of response is maddening.
Mrs. Aundretta Lewis was very nice and courteous when showing my clients properties. Even if I couldn't make the showing worth my client, she kept me informed of what they were interested in. She was very knowledgeable about the properties and subdivisions. She made both myself as the real estate agent and my potential buyer feel very comfortable. I will be recommending her to all of my clients and other agents who are looking for their clients a new construction home.
