Unfortunately, I live here. Sales team is good however 3.7 Stars in very generous considering the issues with the HOA Property Management Company that have been going since I moved here 1 1/2 years ago. I really have no idea why David Thomas, "Local Guide--Level 2" gave Quail Hollow a one-star review since there appeared to be nothing in the comment section other than this meaningless number. My experiences are quite the opposite: Let's tackle the elephant-in-the-room up front. DR Horton is NOT a "custom home builder"...end of story.
