Do not buy!! We bought one of the Most expensive houses in the area, it had a few construction flaws and they promised to fix them afterwards, more than a year after, we are still suffering from a lot of damages around the house. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are peeling off, pantry shelves are split in halves, blinds are falling off, cracks everywhere, water damage caused by faucet with manufacture defect and they won’t fix it.
