Be prepared for a roller-coaster of not many ups with this warranty division. They tell you to wait 60 days to start submitting warranty claims just so they dont have to cover as much stuff. Then the stuff that is covered be prepared to have to submit warranty claims weekly until they finally stop dragging their feet and get your home up to acceptable quality. We have owned many homes. My brother I laws builds homes in PA. We bought in Florida and nothing but issues. We finally sold….at a loss….after 1 year… and got out. They promised no more townhomes or apartments beyond the 2 buildings there. Have since built 12 rows townhomes and 1000 apartments. Area totally devalued now. Glad we are out!
Promises dream homes only need to deliver nightmares. Edit to answer D.R. Horton’s Comment . I have contacted Customer Care, numerous times. My warranty is still in effect. Warranty request were submitted under one year and every major issue was denied. Thanks for fixing a nail pop, though it needs redone.
