I wouldn’t recommend this builder to anyone. I wouldn’t have them build a dog house.
I have made two purchases with Dr. Horton in Baldwin County and both were great experiences! I have been very impressed with the quality for the price! Their agents were all very knowledgeable and fun also!
I’ve lived in my D.R. Horton home for almost 3 years now and love it! From beginning to end the sales and construction process was top tier. I’ve had zero issues with my home, and recommend DRH to anyone who is looking for a new house!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a home 2 months ago. The day we closed the master bathroom flooded. A month into living here our master recess lights quit working. When electrician came out to fix them he said there was water in the lights. It ended up being a roof leak. Warranty department said it was fixed but we have yet to get a ticket or anything about it being fixed. Now the neighborhood we bought in is dropping the same house we just purchased by 40k
