Pretty nice homes Andy's Home Inspection, Inc.
They do not stand behind their home warranty. I've had numerous issues with the way my house was built including the driveway crumbling, pantry shelving caving in, garage door alignment, front door keypad not functioning well, crooked sophet. I've tried to ask them fix these issues all year without anything being fixed. I bought the house in January 2022 and it is supposed to be a 1 year warranty. Truly a poor builder with poor follow through.
