Right now Im not happy with this place... they will NOT answer the phone to help me out.... so NOW I get to get my 3 mnth old ready and go All the way to the other side of Cullman to just get a simple answer.... heres a tip.... if your hearing a ringing.....ANSWER THE PHONE lol
This is the worst medical place that I have ever been too!After waiting for over 2 hours the Dr refuse to examine my ankle which was my main problem and when I complained I was told that I was done there, i could never explain the awful feeling that I had that day, and now I really, really need to see a Dr and I have one that will see me but they will not send the needed information so my innsurance will pay! I have asthma and very high blood pressure and I fear that by the time they send the info it will be tooo late!DO NOT... read more

This doctor's office is the worst I've ever been to. The wait time is insane anywhere from an hour to 12 hours after your scheduled appointment time. There is no bedside manner. Donna in the office is great but everyone else has no compassion for their patients.
At first I was pleased with the help the clinic provides. But you learn fast that it is usually just a one time deal. I travelled 45 miles to hear that my appointment was cancelled and that I was called and told. However, whoever called did not leave a message even though the clinic said it did. Then I learned that a Nurse Practicioner was taking care of me and I thought he was a MD. Im not saying he doesnt know what he is doing. Im just saying that I did not know that he was not an MD. Needless to say, I have since switched... read more
